JIM PLACK

Founded SRC and is a seasoned banking executive with over 25 years of experience at Wells Fargo and as CEO of Maryland-based, American Bank. Jim is a strategically focused leader and change agent with a history of turning around operations; building solid balance sheets; recruiting and engaging high-performance contributors; and driving unprecedented revenue, market share, and profitability gains. Jim achieved top-level, #1-ranked results throughout his career from foundational branch-level leadership roles to President and CEO positions, excelling in building bench strength, deploying coaching and training programs, and providing big-picture project management. Jim has significant experience with Boards of Directors and regulatory officials. Jim earned a BS from the University of Baltimore and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Jim is also a 20-year member of the YPO.

ERIC ISLINGER

Experienced in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Private Equity/Venture Capital. Most recently, he was a Senior Director and head of the M&A program for the Americas with SAP’s Private Equity Group, focused on alignment and coordination across a variety of SAP’s investment vehicles. He began his career in the United States Government’s Department of Defense and later worked with a variety of stakeholders in the public and private sectors during the US economic crisis of 2007 – 2010 where his primary responsibility was negotiating the capital allocation of the Treasury Department’s Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) fund.

AL DOMINICK (ADVISOR)

A dynamic and influential financial services and fintech industry executive with a track record of delivering smarter, faster, and measurable outcomes on critical strategic initiatives. Previously, Al served as the CEO of DirectorCorps, a prominent organization encompassing Bank Director, renowned for hosting the prestigious “Acquire or Be Acquired” (AOBA) conference, and FinXTech, a dedicated resource connecting U.S. bank leaders with innovative technology partners. Al’s background includes notable positions with Board Member, Inc., a company acquired by the New York Stock Exchange, and Computech, a respected information technology firm acquired by NCI (NASDAQ: NCIT). He holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA, where he excelled as a four-year varsity baseball player. He earned an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD.
