• Commercial loans from $250K – $20M
• Generally less than 18 months
• Asset based loans up to 75% LTV
• Loans against future cash flows
• Option to qualify with a cross-collateralization approach
• Most assets considered (real estate, boats, marketable securities, private stock, and other tangible assets)
